4to1 Veggies LowFat

Four-to-One. That's the ratio of veggies-to-protein that we want here. And, it needs to be as low-fat as possible. No fruit, no grains (tho suggestions about adding them on ...More the side are always welcome). All-veggie (no protein) recipes are also welcome, as are recipes with higher veggie ratios. This is for folks who MUST get a lot of veggies into their diet, but want to do so FLAVORFULLY! :)
