    Ok Jen, Peggy and the many other interested but shy members to be of this group

    Lamb Koftas is my offering, I havent cooked it yet but I have tasted it many times and it is beautiful. Only problem is I dont know if it is Afghan food, if it isnt, it should be because its beautiful, no disrespect to the country of origin, in fact thank you for your culinary contribution to the world ;-)
