I am throwing a party for my friend when she comes back from Thailand. They don't eat cheese there, so she asked for tons of cheese. Does anyone have some ideas for different kinds of cheeses to put on a cheese platter? (I think I said cheese way too much in this post.)

Have you ever tried St. Andre. It's a doule cream cheese and absolutely delicious! One of my favoirites!
