  Thank you all for posting your pumpkin recipes.
  I like to cook pumpkin and freeze it for the winter holidays.
  Not too many people are fond of pumpkin and think they are only good for carving and roasting the seeds.
  I understand that in Austrailia pumpkin is roasted along with their pot roast. Can anyone confirm this?
