  Hello to you all !! Please dont take this the wrong way but , as I have mentioned , this Group's intention is to provide-share Authentic Greek Cuisine , Traditional Greek recipes . The recipes you add dont have to be exactly the way I have found and present them to you . Lamb i.e. is roasted differently in the Islands than in Crete . Of course there are many versions , which I will try to mention . But , i.e. "spinache" in a "lemon rice meatball soup" using "pork meat" is WAY BEYOND Authentic , Traditional or Greek for that matter ... So please try to maintain the Group's intention . Thank you !!
