    Well I am smoking some racks of ribs and made my killer BBQ sauce "Ta-Kill-ya" and I just watched the top 30 feet of an oak tree out back break off and crash through the roof of my work shop. Well know I know what I will be doing Easter Sunday while I smoke a pork but and a beef brisket, taking a chain saw to the damn thing so I can rebuild the roof and walls yep through the roof and right out the side of the shop!
