    So all you need to do now is make sure you have plenty of ice cold beer on hand for the day and your game plan set. Some simple sides that can be done with this is some Hopping John, roasted corn on the cob (in season of course) maybe some spicy Cole slaw, sliced beef steak tomatoes with some cayenne pepper mayo, your choice just keep your fire box up to temp at all times make sure you take an internal temp before removing, remember to let your meat rest after pulling it so those juices roll back into the meat and keep a juice pan in the smoke box to add moisture to your smoking environment, or and if your wondering my preference on beer Coronas, and Negros Modelo, and believe it or not PBR Pabst Blue Ribbon.
    So my brothers and sister of the order of the smoke ring Good smoking drink responsibly and have a damn good time.
