  Well I just posted my entry fee for the Pickin-N-the Panhandle “National KCBS” Sponsored BBQ event for this September 12th I will be in the Pro Division and will be doing Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork and Chicken I think I will use a combination of Peach and Hickory and 2 rubs, a special brisket and a spicy pork that will work well on the chicken. Pre prep will include a marinade in my special bath and then rub them down 2 hours before grill time. I am taking my two Chargrill offsets and 1 bullet smoker this should be a great time as there will also be a bluegrass festival going on at the same time so if anyone is in WV come to the party my team name is “Hillbilly Bones” here is the WEB site for the festival http://www.panhandlepickin.com/ RR
