Build Around Cold Control
The first priority is not simply firing Rain of Arrows whenever it is ready. You want enemies grouped, slowed, and vulnerable before the volley lands. Take the Double Damage Rain of Arrows node, then push Cold Imbuement to Rank 10. That combination gives the build its rhythm. Cold Imbuement chills targets, freezes the ones caught in repeated attacks, and creates a clean window for the ultimate. Frozen enemies cannot respond, so even a tough elite group can disappear in seconds when the timing is right.
Charms That Shape the Rotation
Much of the build's strength comes from the Talisman and Charms system added with Lord of Hatred. Legacy of the Sightless is the main piece. Its five-part bonus provides a lasting Shadow Clone that fires Rain of Arrows with you. Entering Stealth also trims ultimate cooldowns, while leaving Stealth grants a large damage increase. Killian's Narrow Eye fills the gaps between volleys. Marksman Basic Skills build Vengeance stacks, improving movement and damage. At five pieces, those skills hit harder and can produce extra basic attacks, which helps keep energy flowing.
Gear Choices and Practical Details
Updated Mythic Uniques make the equipment plan fairly focused. Harlequin Crest supplies skill ranks, cooldown reduction, and reliable damage protection. Azurewrath is especially valuable here because frozen enemies can burst apart, allowing one pack to set off another. Scoundrel's Kiss adds more offensive pressure. For supporting powers, use Ferocious on the ranged weapon and Veteran Brawler's on the second weapon. Heavenly Strength belongs on the chest, Shrouded Gift on the pants, and Inner Calm on the gloves. Beastfall Boots improve movement, while Frozen Memories supports Cold Imbuement and Aftermath on the second ring helps restore energy after Rain of Arrows.
Start with Concealment before the fight becomes crowded.

How the Fight Should Feel
