  Does anyone have any good bitter melon recipes? I challenge you.
  
  The only recipe I've tried so far was for stuffed bitter melon rings. Basically, we cut the bitter melon into rings and steamed them. The stuffing was tofu-based--we mashed firm tofu so it had a nice texture, and then made a sauce out of:
  cornstarch
  ginger
  garlic
  fermented black beans with chili
  sesame oil
  and I think something else.
  
  It worked out really well--I would even go so far as to say it was delicious.
  
  Anyone else have any bitter melon recipes?
  
  Also, how the hell do you make a good cup of Turkish coffee? I can't get the foam right!
