Can Anyone Tell me Why...

  When I make some kinds of bread in my machine, it seems to rise nicely, then as it is baking, the whole center falls. I'm still left with a usuable loaf but the top is not right. Is there something that I have done wrong?

  You know, I think that if the center falls, you have an air pocket and the bread isn't kneaded enough. Maybe you need to set the size of your loaf to a larger size so it will knead a little longer.
