Help with a casserole party

  Some of my co-workers and I are going to have a casserole party. Six of us are each going to bring the ingredients to make a casserole, but make six of it and we are going to split them up so each person takes home either a 9x13 casserole or two 8x8 casseroles. So I need to know your favorites that your think would also freeze well...oh and one more thing, we're all on Weight Watchers. HELP! Thanks.
