White Cheddar Mac N Cheese

  Ok, so last week my godmother takes me to TGIFridays and I have some of their white cheddar jalapeno mac n cheese. It was the most awesome thing i've put in my mouth in a long time (at least something new). Does anyone here know what kind of cheeses I may put with this when I try to make it myself?
