Scaling a Cheesecake Recipe

    I need some help in scaling recipes for cheesecakes. Most recipes are for a 9 inch springform, but I'm the master chef in an empty nest and 9 inch cakes just aren't practical for us. I use either 6 inch or 4 inch pans.

    It isn't scaling the ingredients that's the issue, however. I'm enough of a mathematician to do that. It's scaling the baking times and methods. If anyone has mastered this and would care to share, I'd very much appreciate it.
