Apologies for Multiple Recipes

Hello,
1st thing, I think this is a great theme for a group. I realise I have entered a lot of recipes but please believe me that I have tried all of these recipes many times and indeed swap them around for Christmas meals. All the recipes come from Top Chefs Christmas collections that I have collected over the years. They are all beautiful and rich enough for Christmas or any holiday fare even though they may not all be very traditional. I hope they can be of benefit to someone ;-)

I had a good day; I babysit everyday for two of my granddaughters, one will be nine Dec. 20 and the other will be three Dec 21. Two different daughters and now they are both pregnant with boys and due Jan 15 and Feb 10.
I am happy I got the bloodshot eyeballs made for breakfast in the morning. Cardinal54 posted these last week I think.
Now to start thinking about Christmas baking.
