  I used a recipe for corn waffles that had a cilantro butter. I had quite a bit left over so I used it to butter Italian bread (like uncut French), wrapped in foil and stuck in the oven to heat. It was delicious with leftover Spanish rice.
  I liked it and might do it again, but with some garlic added as others thought their bread should have had garlic on it, not just the cilantro.
