I'm new to the site... getting ready to go to grad school in the fall for my doctorate in French... and often a lazy cook. As soon as I figure out the quantities of ingredients in the dishes I cook, then write them down, I'll post some goodies for you guys. Tomorrow, I'm going to tabulate the amounts of everything that I put in my homemade mac & cheese. It's much more tasty and savory than the boxed variety and is still easy to make. Stay tuned for hot cheesy action. :)
