  I write a food column at examiner.com as the Nashville Comfort Food Examiner but over course my column is read as far as Italy and Romania. I am looking for readers and for good recipes to makeover into healthier versions! If I use your healthier version recipe, I will sure put your name on it, otherwise, I will be glad to do it for you!
