Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day

  I've really gotten a lot of good recipes from this book. The bread is very easy to make, with no kneading and no bread machine.
  I've made boule loaves, pizza crust, bialys, apple buns, sticky cinnamon rolls and more from the dough recipes.
  I haven't purchased a loaf of bread in over a month now, since I started making bread from this book's recipes.
  I highly recommend it to anyone who might want to try their hand at quick and easy yeast breads.
