Looking for recipes

    Hi

    I operate a small pub. We frequently prepare complimentary food for football nights and other special events. We tend to do a lot of soups casseroles and steam table stable entree items. We don't have a full kitchen so there are some equipment limitations but we get by.

    We like using commercial size food service specific convenience products like #10 cans, Nestle Trio sauce mixes, precooked meats, etc. It is more efficient for us in both prep time and overall cost.

    I don't see many recipes here that use commercial products and equipment. I want quantities sized for hotel (full, 1/2, 1/3) and sheet pans. Please add any that you can share!
