Hello everyone!!

Well, I've tried just about every specialty poaching pan out there (including the ones for the nuker...and, don't waste your $$ on them!) and I finally found the best solution yet!!

They're called 'poachpods' and they're made of silicon, cup-shaped, and absolutely FABULOUS!

All you do is lightly butter or oil the surface, break an egg into the cup, and place the cup in a pan of boiling water; cover, wait 6 - 10 minutes, et voila! The most perfect poached eggs you could ask for, with the yolks balanced perfectly in the center!
