Onion Chutney

  Does anyone have a recipe for raw onion chutney? My husband enjoys the onion chutney from our favorite Indian restaurant and would like to make it at homel I don't eat raw onions or I would be able to taste it and make a guess at the ingredients. All I can tell you is that it's diced raw onions that are covered in a bright red sauce. Any help out there?
