Rice Idli

Hi! I just joined and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of what to pair with rice idli. I just picked up a package of mix on a whim while I was at the Indian market in my city. I am always looking for new rice-based breads and they looked pretty good. I however, have no idea what to put with them when I try making them. Thanks for any suggestions!

Personally I would serve Idlis with some Sambhar and some sort of coconut chutney or possibly a coriander (Cilantro) one. You can purchase packets in Indian shops for the Sambhar to make it easy. Do you have an Idli steamer?

I was going to try to put together some sort of makeshift one, but I haven't come up with any reasonable plan, so I may end up just buying one if I can find one that's not too expensive. I don't think that they are something that I will get sick of, so investing a few dollars in something to make them in isn't imprudent, I don't think. :) Thanks again!
