Seed paper

  • deliathecrone 15 years ago
Another time, for a garden party, I made some handmade paper, like we used to in Girl Scouts years ago, and I impregnated flower seeds in the paper. When the paper was dry, I cut it into shapes of flowers, and wrote on it with a colored pen to tell the guests what it was, and that they could take it home and plant it in a flower pot or in their garden. Just remember to tell them to keep the soil damp until it sprouts, then treat it like any other baby plant.

What a cute idea! How do you make the paper? Is it biodegradable?

I'll post the "recipe" for making paper. Yes, it's 100% biodegradable.
