Back on Weight Watchers Again................

    Went in and faced the music. I really gained alot this past year. But I had an awesome first week and am into the second week. Anyone have any new Low fat suggestions???

    Melissa D'Arabian just told us that a veggie soup before every meal also helps. I think I might use this because I do NOT like cold salads in the winter time.
    I personally cut out the white flour stuff and buy whole grains, and use whole wheat flour when baking or cooking.
    I've also found using flaxseed is added fiber I believe and helps you to feel fuller.
    Then there's the whole using a small plate idea of things.
    Then also the whole several small meals a day to get your metabolism going and keeping it going so you're constantly burning.

    The soup thing before every meal does work. Progresso has some WW "approved" soups and I used to eat a 1/2 can before lunch and then the other 1/2 before dinner. Really makes you eat less.
    I really have to be in the mood for salad, but I don't mind it once in a while during the winter.
