Any chubby body want to join me?

    If you know weight watchers points, or carb and calorie info please include in your recipes. What else does weight watchers do? Can we have a meeting here on line?

    a WW point is roughly 50 calories. but the more fiber something has the lower the points. Although I am a lifetime member of WW. Once you stay at your goal weight for 6 weeks you can go to the meetings for free. as long as you stay within 2 pound of your goal weight (you can go under) I know I will have to pay when I go back. I just got an email from them and they have a new plan. I plan to go to a meeting after the first of the year, so I will give an update then.

    Thought I'd join the group ... did WW about 5 yrs ago and lost 35 lbs. Sadly, that plus another 20 lbs came back. I'm not old but I'm not getting any younger. I've had 3 kiddos over 9 lbs as well and was Ges.Diab. with last one so loosing weight is ultra imperative for me.
    I look forward to loosing the weight with y'all here ... maybe will even go to a WW meeting again.

I have to count carbs for my insulion pump. Now I am counting calories too. I use the book The Calorie King- Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate counter.     I went back to WW on Friday..the new plan is pretty much the same, but they want you to eat more "filling foods" like lean meats, fruits and brown rice. I had put on almost 30 pounds since July when my avatar picture was taken. Boo! Hoo! got my chubby but to the gym today..Woo! HOO!
