Pre Cooked Bacon

I learned this tid bit off the web about a year ago and never looked back since.
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. I buy the leanest bacon I can find a pound or two at a time. Have lots of paper towel on hand. It may take some time now, but later whenever U need bacon. Ha! it just pops off like a charm. Bacon is always straight never curls.
Line up as much bacon you can onto the foil. Put in oven at 350 F to 400F turn in about 8 to 9 minutes and cook for about another 5 to 6 minutes, for precooked or for cripsy another 8 to 9 minutes. Remove place on paper towel and wrap to remove grease. Repeat process until all bacon is used up. Make sure you aborb most of the grease. Place in tin foil. then in freezer bag. It is almost cooked and u can warm it up in the micro in about 20 seconds for wraping around things or if you want it crispy see above. I will try and find the site and put it in here. I have some left in the freezer will try and take a pic and attach a pic:)
