Puff Pastry

    I can not get my puff pastry to rise up to six times its thickness, as it should, after rolling the dough for baking.

    I am at the point where I can now roll the dough six times without any butter extruding through the dough, however even with this great feat the pastry does not rise sufficiently.

    Can anyone advise me on this? Your input will be greatly appreciated.
