Brown Rice Onirigi?

    Apparently it can work! Brown rice has been hailed as much more healthy and helpful for weight loss than it's popular counterpart: white rice. White rice is formerly brown rice that has been stripped of most of it's fiber and nutrients, leaving it an empty carbohydrate. Empty carbs get turned straight into sugar and sends your blood-sugar levels skyrocketing.

    So attempting brown rice onigiri (rice balls) is definitely a healthier alternative.
