    Well this is the place for Gourmet a GoGo. LIfe in the fast lane. So many responsibilities so little time.

    The idea is to make a 40 minute prep look like the chef took all day, or all week. This will usually mean using some prepared items from the (bad word coming) supermarket.

    My best tip is keep the guests hungry. Everything always tastes better when you're hungry! Also, fluff a little flour in your face and on the apron....it just make it look like you've been slaving away all day.
