  I want to say thank you for making this cooking group. I'm sure this will be my favorite group now. Time to find the old family greek recipes now..hehehe

  My grandmother had the "oh yes you do that too" method of explaining her recipies. Like when I asked about her roast chicken and she then gave a rather vague run through during which I asked "wait don't you boil the potatoes first?" What did she reply? "Oh yes you do that too."
  
  That's a rather long way of saying that I'm happy to find recipies from other families here. Thank you Tinki and thank you to everybody who has shared.
