May I join you?

  Hi There,
  Although I am now living in Virginia, I am a true brit and lived close to Watford in the UK for 40 years! Would be great to trade reciepes with some others that have to 'guess' waht to substitute it with!!
  Have been here 14 years but still miss a lot of things from England!
