A GUD BURGER IS LIKE GOOD LOVING

    Burgers are simple but do so much. I like mine just a lil salt, it's got 2 be "hamburger" not "ground chuck" or "ground round". Use fresh burger, crumble the shreds of meat, sprinkle the salft and liftly fold the meat into itself the softly press it together. DONT SMASH IT, PRESS IT. The more you smash the meat, the tougher it'l be. cook it this it's done, DONT SMASH IT WHEN IT COOK. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT IT WILL BE JUICY AND TENDER. I DONT MAKE HAMBURGERS ANYMORE I MAKE ARTISAN MEAT PATTTIES, NO BUN JUST BLESSED MEAT CARRIAGES.
