    Don't break out the Ramen Noodles just yet! Remember, less is more when it comes to meat. For a single person, you can make a single chicken breast into 3 meals.

    1. Chicken Noodle Soup
    1 box fideo noodles .25 cents
    1/3 cup chicken breast .25 cents
    salt
    pepper
    4 cups water
    1 tblspn butter .05 cents
    1/3 single celery stalk (chopped).05 cents
    1/3 carrot stick (chopped).05 cents
    Season to taste
    Boil all of this together for a great soup with enough to make left overs.

    2. Chicken Sandwich
    1/3 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
    2 tblspns salad dressing
    1/4 single stalk of celery (chopped)
    1/4 single carrot (shredded)
    dash of lemon pepper
    4 slices bread
    This makes enough for 2 sandwiches, one for now, one for later.

    3. Chicken Taco
    3 tortillas
    1/2 cup cooked white rice
    taco seasonings
    1/4 can refried beans
    1/2 cup lettuce
    1/4 cup salsa
    Garnish with peppers if you like. This is a very tasty treat!
