  Do you have secret ballots and vote on the favorite cookie at your exchanges? We do our individual ballots and pull out the votes, "Survivor Style" at the end of the party and it is great fun to see who can outbake, out-decorate, and win our tacky yearly trophy! (It is a copper gingerbread cookie cutter, glued to a wood base, quite tarnished and it is a little bent out of shape, but it is a highly coveted award. LOL
