This Board is not working properly

  I just sat here and typed the whole recipe for the Dr.Pepper ribs and hit submit and Poof..its gone...it did not post the recipe....also there is no ADD RECIPE button on this page....Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
  
  Does some one know how to post recipes on a page if theres no 'ADD RECIPE" button on here????????????????
