  It just doesn't get any better than a classic BLT. I did add chopped sweet basil and blue cheese crumbles to mine. Made for the August recipe challenge. Yum! 🍅

  I thought I was but I was using a hand whip and I think that was my problem. I had every intention on using an electric mixer and then when I made it the thought just left my head. I'll try again.
