Carrabbas Italian Grill Parmesan Dressing
Recipe made for IMI2's August 2019 '7 Ingredients of less' recipe challenge.

My review: I love Carrabba's Parmesan dressing but this recipe falls drastically short of what Carrabba's serves. This had no flavor, not enough twang of cheese, nothing. Sorry. I hate to give a recipe a bad review but when it claims to be like Carrabba's and is not :(

Honestly I've made only eaten at Carrabba's once and it was just my girlfriend and I sharing a few appetizers at the bar. So I've never had the dressing! So sorry it wasn't good for you Linda :( That is a gorgeous picture though!

Gorgeous photo, LindaLMT! It looks like something you would get at a restaurant. I can only imagine your disappointment when you are expecting it to be like your favorite restaurant recipe and then it's not. I've always wanted to try Carrabba's. We don't have any in this area.

Thanks Michelle and DIZ. We like Carrabba's but don't go too often anymore because home cooking is much healthier. Some locations are better than others. My favorite is the house salad with the parmesan dressing. I could eat just it with grilled chicken for protein. This recipe didn't even come close. Oh well.
