Chicken Quarters With Herbs And Garlic

YUM!!! The chicken was nice and juicy. I followed the recipe but added basil and parsley
to the mix.I have fresh herbs growing and they have to be used.I had chicken breasts out and we BBQed them. Delicious, more on the recipe.
