*Made for the 2018 May "Salad" Recipe Challenge*

So dang good! I had a ton of basil leftover from something that I made last week, so I came across this. Of course I've made caprese type salads before, but this one had the addition of cucumbers, which I LOVED! Made the perfect light lunch. Oh, and I grinded a little bit of salt and pepper on top before drizzling the dressing :)
