Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

  *Made for the 2018 March Irish Recipe Challenge*
  
  This was SOOOO good!! Everyone had 2 slices and it is almost gone :P The inside is super moist and the outside is chewy. We obviously did not do the last step in the directions which is to let it sit for hours or overnight lol, we ate it right away and the flavor was perfect, so I can't wait to try it again (what is left) after it's set in the fridge. Mine took about 65 minutes so the cook time is pretty spot on. Perfect bread!!

  I like the idea of baking it in a bread tin! You can get nice slices that would fit in a toaster that way! :)
