  Made for the 2017 February "Valentine's Challenge"
  
  This was a great new way to have asparagus! I've never cooked asparagus this way before, which helped them stay a nice vibrant green. Very tasty, and went so well with our lobster and filet mignon's :) Thanks Don!!
