It's Always Thyme For Potatoes!

Ugh, I accidentally erased my first post for this, sorry to anyone who commented!!! :( :(

An interesting list of ingredients, the cheese and balsamic really threw me off, but it ended up being very delicious!! Used fresh thyme, fresh grated nutmeg, and I didn't have the chipotle cheddar so I used regular sharp cheddar. Yummy!!

Sorry about that Baker me. The ingredients really did scare me lol. I was thinking that for the first time my kids might take one bite of the potatoes and push them away, but they didn't!
