****May 2019 Group Recipe Challenge--Tropical Food***

A sweet yummy drink! This is like a banana flavored pina colada. I thought the small amount of rum would get lost. Trust me, there is plenty of rum! The only thing I didn’t like about the drink is that it appears to be served at room temperature. I'm wondering if the submitter forgot to add ice. I tasted the pureed banana mix and did not like drinking the warm pureed banana. Too weird! So I blended it with some ice. The drink did not mix or strawberries rise to the top as indicated in the instructions. Maybe the strawberries should be cut into smaller pieces. Maybe my adding ice affected the results.

Good idea to add ice, that must have been a mistake to leave it out. I wonder if the strawberries needed to be pureed as well?
