Mushroom Ragout With Polenta

  Wow, this is so good! I was going through some old cookbooks I had and saw a few polenta recipes and it had me craving it. Found this and made it for lunch :) For my own preference I doctored up the polenta some. I actually had some polenta mix (with ground white corn) and used that. I added a couple dabs of butter and some cheddar. So much flavor in this!!!
