I made this for the July "Strawberry" theme challenge.

We just had this for a mid-day snack. The kids loved it! I had picked just enough strawberries to make this today, my patch isn't doing very well at the moment.
I thought the blueberries might taste strange with the mango and strawberry, but overall it was great. I also used a mango-peach juice instead of the apple. I think that overpowered the strawberry taste though---my fault for using a strong juice!
The ingredient proportions are great for a smoothie, nice and creamy. We got 3 medium size portions out of this.

I'm still hoping to bake something for the strawberry challenge, but it's been way too hot so far! This definitely helped cool us down this afternoon though! :D

Thanks Manella. It's humid here too which isn't normal, I do not like it one bit, lol.
Jersey is a lot better, still in pain but she's on pain med's for now. She's more alert and is eating, so that's good! :)
