Stuffed Zucchini

  This is a very tasty dish. I did a couple of changes, i had brown rice in the fridge
  so i used it in place of the oats.I can't have the cheese so i left it out , and like
  Bakerme used my own homemade sauce.Even with the changes it was delicious.
  I will make this again. A company worthy dish.

  Nice find Manella! I too would prefer using rice instead of oatmeal. I never was a big fan of zucchini but my taste changed and I do enjoy it now as long as it's not "seedy".
