  This came out great. I used Agave Nectar instead of sugar. Having it right now on an English Muffin topped with Spiced Fresh Banana Butter. Since I large jar of Peanut Butter would last a century in our adult home for two, I really like making a small amount of peanut butter using fresh roasted peanuts. This made about 1 cup. Now I'm thinking its time for Peanut Butter Cookies!!
  
  I've had a large jar of roasted peanuts that needed to be enjoyed. This was fun to do. I just sat while on breaks between games last night and shelled peanuts. Something I found pleasant to do but not everyone would like to spend time that way.
