I keep some food and recipe items on my Yahoo page and this popped up this morning on Epicurious.

It's Ice Cream Truffles from Bon Appétit 2004 and well worth looking at if you might be looking for something fancy for entertaining, as I am at the moment.
If there wasn't so much stir about posting unoriginal and "stolen" recipes I would have posted it to the recipes. It's really a great idea and looks absolutely delicious.
I know this is a died and went to heaven dessert!
