NEEDED: kids apple dessert recipe

I'm in search of a kids apple dessert for my son's 1st grade class. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm new here, thanks!

This is a apple recipe I use, my 4 yr old loves it.
    1 8 oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 pkg of toffe bits
Beat cream cheese with the sugars. Then beat in toffee bits.
I spread this on granny smith slices. Taste like caramel apples.

I know exactly how schools are really picky about wanting everything to be healthy. So you know the old recipe ants on a log? Well instead of using celery, Cut a apple into 8 equal parts and slice out the seed part, put peanut butter on the flat part of the apple where you took out the seeds and put raisins on the peanut butter. The kids love it.
